What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class to deliver your products. This method is automatically applied to your order at the checkout.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It will take approx 4-5 working days after you receive confirmation your order has been shipped. You can always track your order via the website by clicking here

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, we don’t yet. We only deliver orders to UK based addresses. 

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently accept all major Credit & Debit Cards (Mastercard, Visa and AMEX). We also accept payment via PayPal and Apple Pay, which we’re also pretty proud of too. 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We use a HTTPS connection to secure all information and our website. We never store any financial information on our website, we use Stripe and PayPal to handle all payment transactions on behalf of Silver Lantern. 

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order is simple as clicking on a product and clicking the ‘Add To Basket’ button, you’ll then have your very own basket to gather the goods. Once you have everything you want to purchase visit the basket page and choose a payment method on the same page and follow the steps provided.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t require to have an account to place an order. Having an account can make reordering and tracking orders easier.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you require any changes to your order to be made please get in touch with us by emailing enquiries@silverlanterntea.co.uk with your order ID and we’ll do our best to change/cancel your order.
