Description

Silver Needle tea is a delicate, sweet tasting tea made from white furred leaf buds. It is also known as Bai Hao Yin Zhen. Additionally, it is one of China's "Famous" teas. It has a silvery appearance and feels furry to touch due to the white hairs along the underside of the leaf. Silver Needle tea is picked for only a few days each spring.

Instructions

Brew 1 tsp with 200ml freshly drawn water at 80°C for 5 minutes. It can be brewed up to 5 or 6 times and produces a pale yellow liquor.
