Oolong Tea
Oolong tea is half way between a black and green tea. It is made with tea leaves that are partially oxidised to levels of between 20 and 80%. Oolong teas were originally produced in China and Taiwan. Oolong tea is also called “Blue” tea.
There are two different types of Oolong tea – dark open leafed oolongs and greener balled oolongs. The former is oxidised towards the higher end of the range, whilst the latter is at the lower end
